Business Development

Opportunity identification and selling across all product segments and industry verticals

Map the total revenue product wise and region wise

Analyze the current market demand and potential products to offer

Current customer acquisition across all product categories

Assist team with data, technical inputs and visits wherever required

Prepare and discuss the annual business plan with management

Marketing

Attend Exhibitions, seminars

Develop and implement latest Marketing collaterals Brochures, Digital presence

Prepare Marketing Budgets

Carry out marketing activities based on approved budgets

Sales Process management

Establish and review Enquiry generation to Order Confirmation process

Monitor enquiries, quotations, and their response timelines

Documentation timeliness adherence

Sales funnel management

Review the accomplishment of the set target periodically

Monitor various intra departmental support required within the team to meet client commitments

Analyze the sales documentation upon submission





Sales Order and Proforma Invoice generation

Monitor project progression weekly

Customer Requirement Mapping

Capture customer requirements

Provide necessary feedbacks wherever required

Product development brief

Product feedback after submission

Take sample approval from the customers

Pricing

Ensuring Customer segment wise profitability

Ensuring Product Group wise margins profitability

Review the pricing of the products annually or as per business plan with management

Collections

Monitor and review outstanding collections from customers with the team

Handle critical collections outstanding upon escalation

Customer Relationship Management

Manage and review periodically key customer orders

Visit clients to maintain the relationship

Assist in managing customer queries wherever required

Handling customer complaints and ensuring satisfactory closure
