About the role:

We are looking for experienced and highly motivated Non-Tech Recruiters to support non tech hiring for a leading global Food & Beverage organization & Banking Sector. The recruiter will be responsible for managing end-to-end IT recruitment, understanding technical requirements, identifying qualified talent, and ensuring high-quality candidate submissions within defined TAT.

Experience in contract hiring for skills like Finance/Accounting (R2R, P2P, AP/AI General Ledger, financial reporting, Tax, Treasury.), procurement, supply chain, commerce etc.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and technology positions.
- Understand technical Job Descriptions and develop effective sourcing strategies.




- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, internal databases, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, communication, availability, compensation, and overall fit.
- Validate notice period, availability, compensation, location, and candidate interest before submission.
- Deliver quality profiles within defined TAT.
- Coordinate interviews, feedback, offers, and onboarding.
- Proactively engage candidates throughout the recruitment process to minimize dropouts.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and candidate records.
