HR Generalist

Job Location: Kovilvazhi, Dharapuram Road, Tiruppur, Tamil Nadu

We are looking for an HR Generalist to independently manage day-to-day HR operations at our manufacturing unit.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage employee records, attendance, leave and HR documentation.
- Handle monthly payroll and salary-related activities.
- Manage PF, ESI and other statutory compliances.
- Manage employee relations and grievance handling.
- Coordinate Factory COC / compliance audits and maintain required documentation.
- Support training, performance management and other HR initiatives.
- Handle day-to-day HR operations independently.

Qualification & Experience
- Any Graduate / MBA in HR or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR Generalist / HR Operations.
- Prior experience in a factory,



garment, textile or manufacturing setting is preferred.
- Experience in COC / Factory Compliance Audits is required.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and Excel.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
