We are looking for a Client Relations Executive to manage client relationships and ensure high levels of client satisfaction. The role involves handling Front Office and Client Relations activities, attending to clients and visitors, and managing client queries and requests. The candidate will also coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and timely resolution of client concerns.

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage day-to-day relationships with clients and ensure high levels of client satisfaction
- Act as the primary point of contact for client queries, requests, and concerns
- Handle front desk operations and attend to clients and visitors professionally
- Coordinate with internal teams such as Facility, IT, Security, Housekeeping, Projects, Accounts, and BDM to resolve client issues
- Handle client onboarding, space handovers, expansions, downsizing, relocations, and exits




- Monitor and follow up on client complaints and tickets to ensure timely resolution
- Conduct regular client interactions and gather feedback to identify areas for improvement
- Support day-to-day Client Relations activities to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain strong interpersonal relationships with clients and internal teams
- Ensure client queries and requests are addressed promptly and effectively

DESIRED CANDIDATES PROFILE:
- Graduate in any degree
- Fresher or 1-2 years of experience in Client Relations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Robust interpersonal and client-handling skills
- Good coordination and problem-solving abilities
- Professional and customer-focused approach
