Roles and Responsibilities :
- Provide technical support to end-users on Microsoft Windows, macOS, and Active Directory issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex desktop-related problems using various diagnostic tools and techniques.
- Collaborate with other teams to identify root causes of issues and implement solutions to prevent future occurrences.
- Document all incidents, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in a timely manner.
Job Requirements :
- 2-5 years of experience in desktop support engineering or related field.
- Robust knowledge of Microsoft technologies including Windows operating systems, Office applications, Outlook email clients, etc.
- Experience working with Apple devices (Mac) is an added advantage but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in ticketing tools such as ServiceNow or similar platforms.
