- 3+ years exp. in Residential /commercial interiors
- Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets for interior fit-out projects.
- Coordinate with design teams to align designs with project objectives and ensure feasibility.
- Oversee site activities to maintain safety, quality, and adherence to timelines.
- Supervise subcontractors, vendors, and on-site teams for smooth operations.
- Act as the primary contact for clients, vendors, and internal teams, providing regular updates and resolving concerns.
- Ensure availability and optimal utilization of resources like manpower, materials, and equipment.
- Identify potential risks to timelines or budgets and take proactive measures.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure high-quality standards and adherence to specifications.
- Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including daily reports, trackers, and handover documents.
- Report progress, challenges, and updates to senior management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
