- Site-finding research for Outdoor Advertising Billboard/Hoarding
- Facilitate communication between the company and relevant government authorities to resolve issues and address concerns.
- Provide expert advice on government policies, regulations, and procedures to internal teams.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 5-10 years of experience in government liaison or government relations/government liaison roles.
- Solid understanding of government policies, regulations, and procedures related to the real estate industry.
- Excellent networking skills for building relationships with key stakeholders at various levels (govt officials).
- Ability to analyze complex situations critically and provide practical solutions effectively.
