Overview:

As a Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing the organization's social media strategies across various platforms. Your primary goal will be to enhance brand visibility, engage with the audience, generate leads, and drive growth through compelling content and strategic interactions.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage Social Media Accounts: Oversee all social media accounts (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.) of the organization. Ensure consistency in branding, messaging, and visual aesthetics across platforms.

2. Content Creation and Posting: Create engaging content, including photographs of ornaments, product descriptions, and promotional material. Schedule and publish posts regularly, adhering to content calendars and strategic plans.

3. Engagement and Interaction: Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions. Respond promptly to inquiries, comments, and messages from followers. Foster meaningful interactions and maintain a positive online reputation.

4. Lead Generation:



Identify and follow up on leads generated through social media channels. Collaborate with the sales team to convert leads into customers, providing necessary support and information as required.

5. Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategies to increase the organization's social media following and reach. Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and best practices to refine strategies continually.

6. Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze social media metrics (e.g., engagement, reach, conversions) using analytics tools. Generate reports to evaluate the effectiveness of social media efforts and inform future strategies.

7. Photography and Visual Content: Conduct photo shoots of ornaments and other products, ensuring high-quality visuals that align with the brand's aesthetic and messaging.
