Position Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented Sales Executive to drive business growth across Corporate, Institutional, HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants & Cafs), and commercial segments in Chennai. The role will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and managing key accounts, achieving sales targets, strengthening customer relationships, coordinating order fulfillment and logistics, and driving revenue growth across the assigned territory.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in FMCG, beverages, packaged drinking water, consumer goods, or related industries, with a proven track record in corporate, institutional, or HORECA sales.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across Corporate, Institutional and HORECA segments.




- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through current customer acquisition and existing account growth.
- Generate leads, conduct client meetings, negotiate, and convert prospects into long-term customers.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and ensure regular follow-ups.

Account & Customer Management:
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate decision-makers, procurement teams, hotels, restaurants, cafs, and institutional clients.
- Understand customer requirements and identify opportunities for business expansion.
- Ensure customer satisfaction, repeat business, and timely resolution of queries or complaints.

Market Development:
- Expand brand presence across Corporate, Institutional and HORECA segments in the assigned territory.
- Conduct regular market visits and monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
- Identify new market and revenue opportunities and provide market feedback to management.

Order, Supply & Logistics Coordination:
- Coordinate with operation
