Role Description
The Inside Sales Manager (Edtech) will lead and manage a team of inside sales representatives to drive revenue growth and customer acquisition for Edtech products and solutions. This full-time, on-site role in Bengaluru involves planning and executing sales strategies, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring achievement of monthly and quarterly targets. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing the sales pipeline,



conducting product demos or presentations via phone and online channels, guiding the team on lead qualification and follow-up, and maintaining accurate records in CRM tools. The manager will collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to refine campaigns, improve conversion rates, and provide feedback from prospects and customers. The role also includes coaching and mentoring team members, handling escalations, and fostering a high-performance, ethical sales culture aligned with company goals.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in inside sales management, preferably in Edtech or SaaS-based solutions, with a robust track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Ability to develop and implement sales strategies, manage pipelines, forecast revenue, and analyze performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
