Kadmuss Overseas is an overseas education consultancy helping students plan and pursue their education abroad. We work with students and parents throughout the study-abroad journey, from counselling and applications to admissions, visa processing and pre-departure support.

We are looking for an
Operations Executive
who can become a key part of our day-to-day functioning and help ensure that things are organised, followed up and completed on time.

About the Role

This role is for someone who understands that valuable operations is not just about maintaining spreadsheets or sending reminders.

You will be expected to
understand how Kadmuss works day to day, keep track of what is happening, identify what is pending, follow up with the right people and make sure important work does not get missed.

You will work closely with our counsellors and internal teams and will be expected to take ownership of operational tasks from start to finish.





You will also represent
Kadmuss Overseas
in your interactions with students, parents, universities, partners and service providers, so professionalism, communication and responsibility are extremely important.

What You Will Do
- Coordinate the day-to-day operations of the company
- Keep track of student cases, applications and important deadlines
- Follow up with counsellors and internal teams on pending work
- Make sure tasks are assigned to the right person and completed on time
- Identify delays, gaps and issues before they become bigger problems
- Maintain accurate records and operational data
- Prepare regular reports and updates for management
- Coordinate between different teams and branches
- Track important follow-ups and ensure they are closed
- Help implement and improve internal processes and SOPs
