Job Summary

We are looking for a target-oriented Sales Business Manager to drive business growth for Alpha Packaging. The role involves monitoring sales performance, generating and managing leads, converting prospects into customers through calls and in-person meetings, and building strong B2B client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor daily sales activities, business performance and revenue growth.
- Generate recent leads through cold calls, references, networking and market research.
- Follow up with prospective clients through phone calls, emails and in-person meetings.
- Understand client packaging requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Convert qualified leads into confirmed sales and achieve monthly targets.
- Conduct regular client meetings and develop long-term business relationships.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate with clients and close deals.




- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and timely delivery.
- Maintain updated records of leads, follow-ups, meetings, quotations and conversions.
- Track competitor activities and market trends to identify growth opportunities.

Requirements
- 3–7 years of experience in B2B Sales / Business Development, preferably in Packaging, Manufacturing or Industrial Products.
- Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to convert leads into sales through calls and client meetings.
- Strong follow-up and relationship management skills.
- Target-driven with good business acumen.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development.
