Roles and Responsibilities :
- Provide admission counselling to students seeking higher education opportunities.
- Offer career guidance and student counseling services to help individuals make informed decisions about their academic and professional paths.
- Conduct telephonic conversations with potential clients to understand their needs and provide personalized solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, including notes on conversations, follow-ups, and recommendations.
Job Requirements :
- 0-1 year of experience in admission counselling or related field (education/training).
- Solid communication skills for effective phone conversations with diverse groups of people.
- Ability to work independently from home office environment with minimal supervision.
- Basic knowledge of educational systems, institutions, and programs.
