Role Summary
The Head of Marketing leads the Learning Marketing & Communications function within
organization, defining and driving the strategic direction for all learning-related marketing,
communications, branding, and engagement activities. The role is accountable for
maximizing awareness, engagement, enrolment, completion, and advocacy across learning
offerings while leading a high-performing marketing team.

Marketing Strategy & Leadership: Define and execute the Learning Marketing &
Communications strategy aligned with business objectives.
Employee Engagement & Learning Adoption: Shape marketing strategies using
employee insights and engagement data.

Campaign Leadership: Oversee enterprise-wide, multi-channel learning campaigns.
Brand & Communications Excellence: Own learning brand governance, messaging,
accessibility, and quality standards.

Stakeholder Management:



Partner with LBPs, Creative, Delivery, and Group
Marketing & Communications teams.
Team Leadership & Capability Building: Lead, coach, and develop marketing
professionals.

Performance & Insights: Define KPIs and drive data-based optimization.

& Digital Enablement: Champion AI-enabled marketing and
communication practices.
