Essential skills/knowledge/experience:
• 8+ years of experience in financial planning and reporting domains.
• Solid expertise in SAP Analytics Cloud Planning, including data actions and advanced formulas.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Datasphere for data integration and modeling.
• Understanding of fund management processes, AUM-based fee structures, and cost allocation methodologies.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, documentation, and communication skills.
Desirable skills/knowledge/experience:
• Experience in BFSI or Asset Management industry.
• SAP certifications in SAC Planning and SAP Datasphere.
• Exposure to S/4HANA Finance and integration with planning tools.
