Role Overview

As a Digital Marketing Associate, you will work alongside experienced marketers to plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across SEO, paid media, social media, email, and content channels. This is a high-impact, hands-on role designed for fresh graduates eager to build a robust foundation in modern marketing.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing B2B and B2C digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator is required.
- Support SEO efforts keyword research, on-page optimization, and backlink analysis.
- Create, schedule, and monitor engaging content for social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, YouTube).
- Draft email marketing campaigns and maintain subscriber lists using tools like Mailchimp or HubSpot.
- Analyze campaign performance data using Google Analytics 4, Search Console, and social insights and present actionable insights.
- Collaborate with the design team to produce creatives aligned with brand guidelines.
- Research market trends,



competitor activity, and audience behavior to inform strategy.
- Assist with website content updates using CMS platforms and Claude.
- Support influencer outreach and affiliate marketing programs.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for stakeholders.

Eligibility Criteria
- Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
- Two years of experience in Digital Marketing for a corporate entity.

- Strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals (SEO, SEM, SMM, Email, Content).
- Proficiency with using Claude for all aspects of marketing.
