The ideal candidate should have solid hands-on development experience, architecture understanding, stakeholder management skills, and the ability to lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementations.

Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow solutions.
- Implement and support ServiceNow modules including:
- ITSM
- IRM (Integrated Risk Management)
- SecOps (Security Operations)
- ITOM (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management)
- Custom Applications
- UI Builder / Workspace Development
- Develop workflows, Flow Designer flows,



Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, Client Scripts, and Integrations.
- Build scalable solutions using App Engine and Custom Applications.
- Configure and customize ServiceNow Workspaces using UI Builder.
- Develop REST/SOAP integrations with third-party applications.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
- Perform technical design reviews and provide best practice recommendations.
- Lead code reviews and ensure platform governance standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve platform-related issues.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership.
