Role Description:

We are looking for an experienced
Software Team Lead
who can lead a development team while remaining hands-on with software architecture, development, and delivery. The ideal candidate should have robust experience in
Python/Django, React, REST APIs, databases, AWS, and full-stack development
,



along with proven team and project management skills.

Key Responsibilties:
- Lead and mentor a team of software developers and ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Manage the complete development lifecycle from
requirement gathering to deployment

- Design and review scalable
software architecture, APIs, and database structures

- Stay hands-on with
Python/Django, React, REST APIs, and backend development
.
- Manage and review code quality, development standards, and technical best practices.
- Work with Product, UI/UX, and other teams to understand requirements and plan deliverables.
- Conduct
sprint planning, task allocation, code reviews, and technical discussions

- Identify technical challenges, troubleshoot issues, and support the team in resolving them.
- Work with
AWS, Git, CI/CD, and cloud-based applications

- Ensure application performance, scalability, security, and reliability.
