Senior Manager HR

1. Lead HR Operations, employee lifecycle management, payroll, HR MIS and process improvements.
2. Drive end-to-end Talent Acquisition for corporate and business functions, ensuring timely hiring.
3. Partner with business leaders on workforce planning, recruitment and people-related decisions.
4. Ensure compliance with Indian Labour Laws, PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, Bonus, Gratuity, POSH and S&E.;
5. Manage statutory filings, audits, consultants, government authorities and compliance updates.
6. Lead Darwin Box implementation, including requirement gathering, configuration, migration, UAT and go-live.
7. Drive HR automation, technology adoption, SOP development, training and process transformation.
8. Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, performance management and employee relations.
9. Manage HR vendors, recruitment consultants and payroll partners while tracking key HR metrics.
10. Ideal candidate:10+ years HR experience, preferably from FinTech/BFSI/service organizations, with hands-on Darwin Box experience.
