Role Purpose

We are seeking a data-driven Supply Chain Analyst to serve as the analytical engine for our global S&OP; process. This role bridges the gap between our supply chain systems and our planning team. Your primary objective is to drive cross-functional alignment between demand, supply, inventory, and financial plans. By managing system governance, inventory performance, and metric-based analysis, you will enable our demand and supply planners to focus on their core priorities: forecast improvement, inventory optimization, and strategic supply planning decisions.

Key Responsibilities
- Cross-Functional Alignment & Strategic Enablement: Act as the "glue" between demand, supply, inventory, and finance teams to ensure all planning inputs are synchronized.



Protect planner bandwidth by managing process governance and data reconciliation.
- Inventory Performance & Corrective Action: Monitor inventory performance (Turns, DOH (days on hand), Safety Stock, Excess & Obsolete Inventory) to identify risks and opportunities. Implement and track corrective actions to ensure inventory targets are met and reconciled against financial budgets.
- Performance Coaching & S&OP; (Sale and Operations Planning or IBP Integrated Business Planning) Support: Partner with leadership to produce the monthly S&OP; review, ensuring data accuracy and coherent executive summaries. Provide direct, metric-based guidance to demand planners to help them lead effective S&OP; meetings with Product Management.
- Systems Oversight & Data Governance: Act as the primary point of contact for system health (Kinaxis/Apolo (Avaya Internal tool), SAP IBP, Blue Yonder IBP, Xelus). Monitor batch jobs and data integri
