Key Accountabilities

1. Regional Sales Leadership

Execute the regional sales strategy across South India in partnership with distributors and the APAC leadership team.

Support achievement of regional sales, market share, and profitability objectives.

Identify new business opportunities, strategic dealers, and growth markets throughout the region.

Provide leadership and guidance for regional sales initiatives and promotional campaigns.

Support product launches and major retail activations across South India.

2. Bengaluru Territory Management

Directly manage dealer relationships and sales development within Bengaluru.

Build solid relationships with key retail partners and photography specialists.

Identify opportunities to grow market share and strengthen brand presence.

Support dealers with product demonstrations, merchandising, and sales initiatives.

Monitor local market activity and competitor performance.

3. Events & Customer Engagement

Lead the planning and execution of regional workshops, product launches, photo walks, dealer events, and exhibitions.





Work closely with the Community & Experience Specialist and Marketing team to deliver premium customer experiences.

Partner with photography clubs, educational institutions, and industry organisations.

Manage event budgets, logistics, reporting, and lead follow-up.

Measure customer engagement, event ROI, and sales outcomes.

4. Dealer & Distributor Relationship Management

Build long-term relationships with key dealers and distributor partners throughout South India.

Conduct regular dealer visits to identify business opportunities and provide commercial support.

Ensure consistent merchandising, product availability, and brand representation.

Support dealer business planning and promotional activities.

Provide market intelligence and customer feedback to the wider business.
