About the Role

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive with strong hands-on experience in lead generation campaigns. The ideal candidate should be confident in planning, executing, monitoring, and optimizing paid campaigns with a explicit focus on generating high-quality leads and measurable business results.

Agency experience will be given priority.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize lead generation campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other relevant platforms.
- Manage campaigns from setup to optimization and reporting.
- Develop effective targeting, audience segmentation, bidding, and budget strategies.
- Monitor CPL, CTR, conversion rate, lead quality, ROAS, and campaign performance.
- Continuously optimize campaigns to reduce CPL and improve lead quality.
- Conduct A/B testing of ad creatives,



audiences, copy, landing pages, and campaign strategies.
- Work closely with the creative and social media teams to develop performance-driven ad creatives.
- Track and analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights.
- Identify underperforming campaigns and take corrective action quickly.
- Manage multiple client campaigns and budgets simultaneously.
- Prepare regular performance reports and communicate campaign insights to the internal team and clients.
- Stay updated with changes in Meta Ads, Google Ads, tracking, and performance marketing trends.

Must-Have Skills
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing.
- Strong experience in Lead Generation campaigns.
- Hands-on expertise in Meta Ads Manager.
- Good working knowledge of Google Ads.
