- Modify existing PLC software based on customer requirements.
- Perform software debugging and optimization.

Beckhoff PLC (Primary Skill 80%)
- Develop PLC software using TwinCAT 2 / TwinCAT 3.
- Configure EtherCAT networks.
- Program motion control applications.
- Servo axis synchronization.
- Camming & gearing.
- Safety PLC programming.
- Troubleshoot Beckhoff IPCs and I/O modules.

HMI & SCADA Development
- Develop operator interfaces.
- Alarm management.
- Recipe management.
- Machine diagnostics.
- User access management.
- Production reports.

Servo & Motion Control
- Servo drive configuration.
- Motion sequencing.
- Linear interpolation.
- Rotary indexing.
- Homing.
- Electronic gearing.
- Multi-axis synchronization.
