Required Qualification
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechanical or related engineering field.
- Candidates from B.Com / BBA / MBA background may also be considered for non-technical tender roles.

Job Summary

We are looking for a
Tender Executive / Tender Engineer
to manage the complete tendering and bidding process, including tender identification, documentation, technical and commercial bid preparation, submission, and follow-up.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and track relevant
government, private, and corporate tenders
.
- Review tender documents, eligibility criteria, technical specifications, BOQ, terms and conditions.
- Prepare and coordinate
technical and commercial bids
.
- Handle tender submissions through
GeM, CPPP and other e-procurement portals
.
- Coordinate with Sales, Technical, Finance and Management teams for required tender documents and approvals.
- Prepare
quotations, compliance statements, BOQ, EMD, tender fees and supporting documents
.




- Ensure timely submission of tenders and compliance with all tender requirements.
- Maintain records of submitted tenders, results, deadlines and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with customers/departments regarding tender-related queries and clarifications.
- Monitor tender status and participate in post-bid follow-ups and negotiations.
- Maintain proper documentation and tender database.

Required Experience & Skills
- 1–3 years of experience
in tendering, bidding, proposal preparation or e-procurement.
- Hands-on experience with
GeM, CPPP and e-tender portals
is preferred.
- Knowledge of
Technical Bid, Commercial Bid, BOQ, RFQ, RFP and Tender Documentation
.
- Good knowledge of
MS Excel, Word and PDF documentation
.
- Positive communication, coordination and negotiation skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work within strict deadlines.
- Ability to read and understand technical specifications and tender requirements.
