1.JOB PURPOSE:

To drive consistent sales growth by acquiring new business clients and strengthening relationships with existing customers in the food industry, including FMCG, food products, ingredients, and supply segments. The role focuses on achieving revenue targets, expanding market presence, and delivering high levels of customer satisfaction.

1.CORE JOB AREA JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales Business Development

-Identify, approach, and onboard new B2B customers such as distributors, bakeries, and institutional buyers.

-Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

-Present product features, perks, and value propositions to clients.

-Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close deals.

Customer Relationship Management

-Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients.

-Act as the primary point of contact for customer queries and concerns.
- Resolve complaints promptly to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.

Market Research Analysis

-Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.





-identify new business opportunities and areas for market expansion.

-Provide regular feedback to the marketing and product teams for improvements.

Order Processing Coordination

-Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.

-Track sales orders from placement to delivery.

-Follow up on payments and ensure adherence to credit terms.

Reporting Documentation

-Maintain accurate sales records and client databases.

-Prepare and submit weekly and monthly sales reports.

-Update CRM systems with customer interactions, leads, and opportunities.

3.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

-Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, Food Technology, or related field.

-1-4 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the food / FMCG / ingredient industry.
- Freshers with strong sales aptitude may also be considered.
