Organization: National Restaurant Association of India (NRAI)

Location: Bengaluru

Working Hours: 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Workdays: Monday–Friday; 1st & 3rd Saturday – Half Day; 2nd & 4th Saturday – Off

Availability: Available for official calls/events when required

Experience: Fresher to 1 year

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month

About the Role

We are looking for an organized and reliable person to support NRAI chapter operations, member onboarding, events, website and social media. The role will also involve handling member information and internal records carefully.

Key Responsibilities

1. Membership & Onboarding

· Manage onboarding for restaurant members, cloud kitchens, kiosks and catering members.

· Support associate members and B2B partners such as vendors and service providers.

· Answer member questions about joining, charges and renewals.

· Check paid memberships during events and keep the membership dashboard updated.

· Coordinate with the HOD for tax invoices and bill approvals.

2. Event Coordination & Accounts Support





· Support 1 local event every month and 2 major national events each year.

· Coordinate event arrangements such as sound, systems, stalls and accommodation.

· Send event invitations to members, including current outlet openings.

· Maintain updated records of chapter heads and support basic membership and stall accounts.

3. FOSTAC Training

· Coordinate member nominations for FOSTAC training.

· Track training completion and certificates.

· Check and maintain required forms, IDs and passwords.

4. Data & Administration

· Keep member, event and financial information safe and updated.

· Follow the NDA and keep internal information confidential.

· Do not share internal data, photos, press releases or aggregator information without approval.

· Support other tasks assigned by the HOD.

· Use the internal app for work-related tasks.

5. Website & Social Media

· Manage and update the NRAI website and membership information.
