We are looking for an energetic, target-oriented Sales Executive to join our holiday sales team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, understanding travel requirements, presenting suitable holiday packages, converting leads into bookings, and achieving monthly sales targets.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, good convincing ability, and a passion for sales and travel.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries through calls, walk-ins, WhatsApp and other communication channels.
- Understand customer travel requirements, preferences and budget.
- Explain holiday packages, destinations, inclusions, exclusions, pricing and benefits clearly.
- Generate and follow up with leads to maximize conversion.
- Conduct effective sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Build trust and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Negotiate and close sales while maintaining company pricing and policies.
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.




- Maintain proper follow-up records and update the CRM/system regularly.
- Coordinate with the operations and booking teams to ensure smooth customer service.
- Maintain continuous follow-up with potential and existing customers.
- Identify opportunities for repeat sales, referrals and upgrades.
- Stay updated about destinations, travel products, offers and company promotions.
- Handle customer objections professionally and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Ensure proper documentation and payment follow-up for confirmed bookings.
- Maintain professional behaviour and represent the company positively.
