Job Description: Electronic PCB Repair Technician
Location: Arumbakkam, Chennai.
Job Type: Full Time
Experience Required : 3 to 5 years in PCB repair
Job Summary:
We're looking for a detail-oriented and skilled PCB Repair Technician to troubleshoot, repair, and test printed circuit boards (PCBs) for various industrial automation devices such as VFD, HMI, PLC, SMPS and Power Electronics . You will be working with both analog and digital circuitry, using diagnostic tools and soldering equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose faults in PCBs using multimeters, oscilloscopes, and other tools.
- Perform component-level repairs including SMD and through-hole components.
- Rework, reflow, and replace components using hot air and soldering stations.
- Maintain accurate documentation of repairs and testing results.
Requirements:
Education: Diploma in ECE.
Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience with PCB diagnostics and repairs.
- Proficient with soldering, desoldering, and rework stations.
- Familiarity with electronic schematics and component datasheets.
- Robust attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
Preferred Qualities:
- Experience in a service center environment.
- Quick problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude.
