About the Role

Rupeezy is looking for an Influencer Marketing Executive to help scale creator partnerships across YouTube, Instagram, and Telegram. You'll work closely with finance content creators — from onboarding through content execution and performance tracking — to drive user acquisition and brand visibility for Rupeezy's trading and investment products.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard finance content creators for paid collaborations and brokerage-sharing partnerships
- Coordinate content briefs, scripts, and approvals to ensure creator content accurately reflects Rupeezy's products and compliance requirements
- Track creator performance against funnel metrics (installs, signups, verified users) and cost-efficiency targets
- Manage day-to-day relationships with onboarded creators — payment coordination, posting cadence, and renewals
- Support paid influencer campaigns and Instagram/PPC creative asset coordination




- Maintain reporting on creator ROI, active creator counts, and campaign performance for leadership review
- Stay on top of trends in fintech/finance content to identify recent creator opportunities

Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in influencer/creator marketing, preferably in fintech, BFSI, or a regulated/complianceheavy industry
- Strong communication and relationship-management skills — comfortable coordinating with creators, agencies, and internal stakeholders
- Basic understanding of marketing funnels and performance metrics (CAC, conversion rates, ROI)
- Strong understanding of platform algorithms (YouTube, Instagram, Telegram) and what drives content performance and discoverability on each
- Sharp eye for content — able to judge what makes a script, hook, or format work for finance audiences, and give creators practical feedback
- Familiarity with YouTube, Instagram, and Telegram creator ec
