About the Role

We are looking for a
Sales & Marketing Executive
to drive the sales and subscription growth of
OEMup.app
, an easy-to-use manufacturing ERP/MRP platform designed for Indian MSMEs. OEMup brings Sales, Inventory, Procurement, Production, Accounting, GST, HRMS and reporting together on one platform.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate new leads from manufacturing companies across India.
- Identify and approach MSME manufacturers and business owners.
- Conduct
OEMup.app product demonstrations
and explain features and benefits.
- Convert leads into
paid subscriptions
.
- Follow up with prospects and manage the complete sales cycle.
- Build robust relationships with customers and understand their requirements.
- Collect customer feedback and coordinate with the internal team for improvements.
- Generate




customer referrals and reference-based sales
.
- Develop and execute local and digital
marketing strategies
.
- Participate in exhibitions, industrial events, networking activities and business meetings.
- Maintain sales pipeline, customer records and regular sales reports.
- Support customer onboarding and ensure a smooth transition after subscription.

Key Skills
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation ability.
- Comfortable conducting software/product demonstrations.
- Basic understanding of
ERP/MRP, manufacturing or MSME business processes
preferred.
- Proactive, target-oriented and willing to travel across India.
- Good knowledge of English, Hindi and preferably Gujarati.
- Experience in B2B software/ERP sales will be an advantage.

Qualification & Experience

Qualification:
Graduate / MBA preferred

Experience:
2–5 years in B2B Sales, Software Sales, ERP/MRP Sales or Industrial Sales.
