ABOUT THE ROLE

Nataraj Mobiles Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced, dynamic and result-oriented General Manager – Service to lead and manage the complete service and aftersales operations of our automobile service centre at Goramachiya, Jhansi.

The selected candidate will be responsible for workshop operations, service revenue, profitability, customer satisfaction, technician productivity, quality control, team management, spare-parts coordination and business development.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage complete day-to-day service workshop operations.
- Achieve monthly and annual service revenue and profitability targets.
- Monitor workshop capacity, bay utilization, technician productivity and vehicle turnaround time.




- Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and effective complaint resolution.
- Lead, motivate and develop Service Advisors, Technicians, Supervisors and support teams.
- Ensure high standards of repair quality and reduce repeat repairs.
- Coordinate with the Parts Department for timely availability of required parts.
- Ensure compliance with company/OEM processes, safety standards and statutory requirements.
- Develop strategies to increase workshop footfall, customer retention and repeat business.
- Monitor key performance indicators including revenue, gross profit, CSI/NPS, productivity, TAT and workshop profitability.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and implement corrective actions.
- Build relationships with corporate customers, fleet operators and institutional clients.
- Drive service camps, customer engagement activities and other business-development initiatives.
