We are looking for an experienced "DEPUTY MANAGER - F&D; (Formulations)" to join our "R&D; Centre at Juinagar, Navi Mumbai".
Location: Juinagar, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra
Qualification: M. Pharm
Experience: 10 to 14 Years

Key Responsibilities:
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Conduct comprehensive literature and patent searches and reviews to support formulation strategies.
2. Application of Test licenses, Import license and other licenses/NOC as per the requirements.
3. Perform reference product characterization and reverse engineering to guide development.
4. Pre-formulation studies and initiation of prototype development.
5. Design and develop the prototype formulations including oral solids (tablets, capsules, pellets, MUPS) and liquids (syrups, suspensions).
6. Knowledge of immediate and modified release dosage formulations for regulated markets (EU/UK/Canada/Australia) and no-regulated markets.
7. Knowledge of ICH and regulatory guidelines.
8.
Monitor the stability studies and finalization of prototype formulation.
9. Optimization of formula and composition as per the QbD principles.
10. Manufacture lab-scale batches in R&D; and lead scale-up activities to pilot and production scales at
manufacturing sites
11. Prepare technology transfer documents (BOM, MFR, stability protocols) and quality regulatory documents
(FP specifications, PDR, query responses).
12. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for commercial-scale batches at manufacturing sites Handling
and mentoring the team of formulation scientists.
13. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of formulation scientists.
