Roles and Responsibilities :
- Lead the Research & Development team to design, develop, test, and launch new products in the water treatment/waste management industry.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify market trends, customer needs, and technological advancements to drive innovation.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including customers, suppliers, and partners to stay informed about emerging technologies and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards throughout the product development lifecycle.

Job Requirements :
- 12-20 years of experience in R&D; leadership roles within the water treatment/waste management industry or related fields such as chemicals or pharmaceuticals.
- Strong understanding of D&H; (Design & Development) principles for developing recent products from concept to commercialization.
- Proven track record of successfully leading high-performing teams through complex projects involving multiple disciplines such as engineering, chemistry, biology etc.
