Assistant Manager End-to-End RCM

Experience: 8–10 years | Location: Chennai

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end US Healthcare RCM operations including AR, Denial Management, Payment Posting, Claims, and Collections.
- Lead teams and ensure productivity, quality, SLA, and client targets are achieved.
- Analyze operational and financial data to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Handle client communication, escalations, reporting, and performance reviews.
- Drive process improvement, automation, and workflow optimization.
- Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and operational presentations.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth operations.

Business Analyst – Added Advantage




- Gather and analyze business requirements.
- Prepare process flows, BRD/FRD, and SOP documentation.
- Support UAT, reporting, automation, and process improvement initiatives.
- Knowledge of Power BI/SQL is an added advantage.

Requirements
- Solid knowledge of end-to-end US Healthcare RCM.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong team handling and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
