Job Title: Study Abroad Counsellor

We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic, and target-oriented Study Abroad Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and counselling skills and a strong interest in helping students achieve their international education goals.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Counsel students and parents regarding study abroad opportunities and suitable courses, universities, and destinations.
- Provide guidance on popular study destinations including UK, Canada, Germany, Ireland, and other countries.
- Understand students' academic backgrounds, career goals, and preferences to recommend suitable study options.
- Handle student enquiries and convert leads into successful admissions.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective students and maintain strong relationships throughout the counselling process.
- Explain course options, university requirements, admission procedures, application processes, and study opportunities.
- Coordinate with the admissions and processing team to ensure smooth application handling.




- Maintain accurate records of student enquiries, counselling sessions, applications, and follow-ups.
- Achieve individual and monthly counselling/admission targets set by the management.
- Participate in promotional activities, student seminars, education fairs, and other business development initiatives when required.
- Stay updated on international education trends, university offerings, and study destinations.

Candidate Requirements:
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and counselling skills.
- Robust sales and target-achievement abilities.
- Experience in Study Abroad Counselling or Overseas Education Consultancy will be preferred.
- Ability to handle students and parents professionally and confidently.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in handling CRM, emails, and documentation.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a passion for counselling may also apply.
