About the Role:

We are looking for a Product Manager with strong communication skills, a solid technical foundation, and a solution-oriented mindset. You will work closely with Technology, Operations, and business teams to translate requirements into effective product solutions and drive initiatives from ideation to execution.

Key Responsibilities:
- Understand business and operational requirements and translate them into product solutions.
- Work with engineering and technical teams to define and deliver product features.
- Explain technical concepts and solutions clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Identify challenges, propose solutions, and drive issues to resolution.
- Generate product ideas and identify opportunities for automation and improvement.
- Manage product requirements, priorities, and delivery.




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product execution.

Requirements:
- 4–7 years of experience in Product Management, Product Operations, Consulting, or a related role.
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
- Good technical understanding and ability to work closely with engineering teams.
- Robust problem-solving, analytical, and ideation skills.
- Ability to simplify and explain complex technical concepts to business and operations teams.
- A proactive, curious, and solution-oriented mindset.
- Experience with AI/ML, SaaS, or technology products is a plus.
