Role - S&P; Procurement Operations

*Shift 3:30pm-1:30am (10 Hours) (WFO From Day One)*

Responsibilities :
- Oversee procurement operations across multiple categories, ensuring timely and compliant execution of sourcing activities.
- Manage tactical and spot buy requests, including specification development, supplier solicitation, bid analysis, and negotiation.
- Ensure completion of all pre-contract sourcing solution activities, aligning with client expectations and internal governance.
- Drive contractual and realized savings in line with client engagement commercials and procurement transformation goals.
- Develop and execute category strategies, including baselining, market intelligence gathering, and stakeholder alignment.
- Monitor and deliver on category-specific savings commitments, milestones, and obligations through structured project planning.
- Lead e-sourcing initiatives by managing e-RFx events, creating templates, conducting supplier training, and analyzing outcomes.




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure sourcing strategies are aligned with broader business objectives and risk frameworks.
