Job Summary

Business Analyst with 2–3 years of experience in requirements gathering, process analysis, functional

documentation, stakeholder management, and coordination with development and QA teams.

Key Responsibilities

● Gather, analyze, document, and validate business requirements.

● Conduct requirement-gathering workshops and stakeholder discussions.

● Translate business requirements into functional requirements and user stories.

● Prepare BRD, FRD, SRS, use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

● Create user flows, process flows, and functional workflows.

● Work closely with Product, UI/UX, Development, QA, and business stakeholders.

● Clarify requirements during development and testing.

● Perform gap analysis, impact analysis, and dependency analysis.

● Define acceptance criteria and support QA test scenarios.

● Coordinate UAT and track stakeholder feedback.

● Maintain requirement traceability and documentation.





● Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

● 2–3 years of qualified Business Analyst experience.

● Strong requirement-gathering and documentation skills.

● Experience preparing BRD, FRD, SRS, user stories, and use cases.

● Good SDLC and Agile/Scrum understanding.

● Strong process mapping and functional analysis skills.

● Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.

● Basic understanding of APIs, databases, and software architecture.

● Jira, Confluence, Figma, Visio, or similar tools preferred.

● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
