Job Title: Senior Operations Executive - eCommerce Operations. Function: Ground Operations. Reports To: Hub Manager. Location: Surface Hub. Travel Required: 25%, 50%, 75%.
Position Overview

The Operations Executive / Senior Operations Executive - eCommerce Operations is responsible for managing the day-to-day operational execution of the eCommerce product within the assigned Surface Hub, ensuring seamless movement of shipments across the surface network. The role oversees inbound, outbound and transit operations for the eCommerce product, ensuring shipment visibility, network connectivity, service quality and adherence to committed timelines. Reporting to the Hub Manager, the incumbent works closely with Linehaul Operations, Network Operations, Service Centres, Last Mile Operations and Customer Service teams to ensure effective hub processing, timely dispatches and effective resolution of operational exceptions. The role plays a critical part in maintaining service reliability,



operational efficiency and customer satisfaction for the eCommerce product across the surface logistics network.
Job Purpose

To manage end-to-end hub operations for the eCommerce product by ensuring timely processing, consolidation and movement of shipments across the surface network, while maintaining operational accuracy, service quality, network connectivity and compliance with organisational standards.
Key Responsibilities
- eCommerce Product Operations. Manage day-to-day operational activities for the eCommerce product within the assigned Surface Hub. Ensure timely receipt, segregation, processing, consolidation and dispatch of eCommerce shipments. Monitor shipment flow across inbound, outbound and transit operations to achieve network timelines. Ensure adherence to operational workflows, product handling standards and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Support achievement of product-specific service quality and operational performance targets.
