The API integration and AWS are a must have. Archer is the core platform, but it's one of several applications the Risk Tech team supports.
The role is fundamentally a platform engineer position, not just Archer workflow administration. We manage multiple integrations, vendor APIs, deployment pipelines, and cross-platform orchestration. This requires someone who can architect and implement solutions beyond configuration, including coding/scripting, infrastructure decisions, and system design.
The candidate needs to understand how to build scalable solutions and automation frameworks that work across multiple systemsnot just troubleshoot configuration issues within a single tool.
Responsibilities
Configuration as appropriate in assigned Product or Platform.
Participate in gathering business requirements and defining technical requirements for the solutions.
Design and implement integrations across multiple vendor-hosted applications leveraging APIs and custom developed solutions..
Administer user security roles and profiles ,
including creating new roles and profiles, and managing prescribed user access permissions, .
Design operational workflows and propose areas for process optimization.
Perform recent feature exploration of each solution to determine if feature-fit for strategic and tactical program activities.
Provide business and IT support for product or platform related issues including collaborating with multiple teams across TCB.,
Configure or develop low code solutions leveraging vendor platforms.
Document and implement change control, follow best practices for system maintenance, configuration, development, testing, and migration..
Perform operational tasks such as monitoring application performance and to implement solutions for performance improvements
Collaborate with other members of the engineering team for development and support.
Follow software engineering practices to develop automation solutions for manual processes
