We are looking for a proactive
Field Sales Executive
to promote and sell our EdTech product to educational institutions and enterprises.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable with
field sales, face-to-face pitching, lead generation, and client visits
.

Responsibilities-
- Visit coaching institutes, schools, colleges, universities, and enterprises in person to pitch our EdTech product.
- Conduct
4–5 or more institution/client visits per day
as required.
- Identify potential customers and generate new B2B leads.
- Present and explain the product, its features, benefits, and value proposition.
- Connect with decision-makers and build strong relationships with institutions and organizations.
- Schedule product demonstrations and follow up with prospective clients.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and move prospects through the sales pipeline.
- Maintain records of leads, meetings, follow-ups, and sales activities.




- Achieve assigned lead-generation and sales targets.
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth onboarding of recent clients.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's customer base.

Requirements-
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Candidates with experience in
B2B Sales, Field Sales, Business Development, EdTech Sales, or Institutional Sales
will be preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable with frequent local travel and face-to-face client meetings.
- Confident in pitching products and interacting with decision-makers.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive.
- Ability to generate leads independently and convert prospects into opportunities.
- Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude may also be considered.
