JRK Infotech is hiring experienced professionals for the position of Onsite / Helpdesk Application Specialist across multiple locations in India. The role requires candidates with 3+ years of experience in Facility Management Systems / Technical Support. Candidates with a Diploma in IT or a Graduate in Science are eligible to apply.

Key Responsibilities:-
- Provide application support and resolve day-to-day technical issues.
- Perform troubleshooting and identify issues related to applications and systems.
- Provide MFA, DSC, and security-related support.
- Manage and resolve helpdesk tickets within defined timelines.
- Coordinate with relevant teams for escalation and issue resolution.
- Maintain proper reporting and daily activity logs.
- Support users and ensure timely resolution of technical concerns.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Must-Have Skills:-
- Experience in application support and technical troubleshooting.
- Strong understanding of helpdesk operations and ticket management.




- Knowledge of MFA and DSC-related processes.
- Understanding of security support activities.
- Positive escalation and coordination skills.
- Strong reporting and documentation skills.
- Experience in Facility Management Systems / Technical Support.

Eligibility Criteria:-
- Education: Diploma in IT / Graduate in Science.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Facility Management System / Technical Support.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
