Job Title: Jr. Civil Engineer – Building Projects

Location: India (Building Project Sites)
Experience Required: 5–8 Years
Qualification: Diploma. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Jr. Civil Engineer with strong experience in Residential and Commercial Building Projects, particularly in finishing works. The candidate will be responsible for site execution, supervision, quality control, and coordination of civil and finishing activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily civil construction and site execution activities.
- Handle finishing works including plastering, flooring, tiling, painting, waterproofing, doors, windows, and other architectural works.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and project teams.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of finishing activities.
- Conduct site inspections and identify and resolve construction-related issues.




- Check quality of materials and workmanship as per project requirements.
- Maintain site records, measurements, daily progress reports, and relevant documentation.
- Coordinate with QA/QC teams for inspections and rectification of observations.
- Ensure compliance with project quality and safety standards.

Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 5–8 years of relevant experience.
- Residential / Commercial Building experience is mandatory.
- Solid hands-on experience in civil finishing works.
- Good knowledge of building construction and finishing activities.
- Ability to read and understand civil and architectural drawings.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
