Position – Cluster School Operations Manager (CBSE Schools)

Experience: 8–12 years, preferably in K–12/CBSE school operations
Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate; MBA/PGDM in Operations/Management preferred

Job Purpose

The Cluster School Operations Manager will be responsible for the overall operational excellence, administration, compliance, infrastructure, safety, and support functions across a cluster of CBSE schools. The role will ensure that all schools operate efficiently, consistently, safely, and in accordance with CBSE, statutory, organizational, and quality standards.

The position will work closely with School Principals, Admin Managers, HR, Finance, Admissions, Transport, Security, IT, Facilities, and central functions to ensure seamless school operations and an excellent experience for students, parents, employees,



and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

1. Cluster Operations Management
- Oversee day-to-day operational functioning of multiple CBSE schools within the assigned cluster.
- Establish standardized operating processes across schools.
- Monitor operational KPIs, identify gaps, and drive corrective actions.
- Conduct regular school visits and operational audits.
- Ensure timely resolution of operational issues and escalations.
- Coordinate with Principals and School Operations/Admin teams to maintain smooth functioning.

2. Administration & Infrastructure
- Ensure effective management of school infrastructure, facilities, housekeeping, security, maintenance, and utilities.
- Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance of buildings, classrooms, laboratories, libraries, playgrounds, and common areas.
- Ensure adequate availability of essential supplies, equipment, furniture, and consumables.
