We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team in the insurance industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in General Insurance, preferably with experience in Agency Channel.

Roles and Responsibility
- Recruiting and managing a team of financial advisors/agents to achieve business goals.
- Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Building and maintaining robust relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Analyzing market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
- Providing training and support to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Monitoring and evaluating team performance to ensure targets are met.

Job Requirements
- Proven experience in the insurance industry,



preferably in Motor Insurance or General Insurance.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling strong relationship building with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions to drive business growth.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills, with the ability to think creatively.
- Experience working in an Agency Channel environment, with knowledge of industry trends and regulations.
