About the Role

Manoka Assortment Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager – Import & Export to drive international business growth, develop overseas markets, generate new B2B opportunities, and build strong relationships with international buyers, suppliers, distributors, and business partners.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of international trade, export sales, import/export documentation, market research, negotiation, and international client acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

1. International Business Development
- Identify and develop current international markets, customers, distributors, and business partners.




- Generate qualified leads through international B2B platforms, trade directories, exhibitions, referrals, and direct outreach.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase export sales and international revenue.
- Research market demand, competitors, pricing, and business opportunities in target countries.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with overseas clients.

2. Import & Export Operations
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding export/import orders and shipment schedules.
- Understand and manage key export/import documentation such as Proforma Invoice, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, Bill of Lading/Air Waybill, and other relevant documents.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs agents, logistics companies, shipping lines, and other stakeholders.
