Role Overview

The candidate will work across
audit, consulting and advisory assignments
, helping clients improve their financial reporting, controls, processes, MIS and overall business performance.

The role is particularly suited to a CA who does not want to remain limited to traditional accounting or audit and wants to develop into a
business consultant with strong technology and AI capabilities
.

Key Responsibilities

Audit & Assurance
- Plan and execute statutory, internal and management audits.
- Review financial statements, accounting processes and internal controls.
- Identify financial, operational and process-level risks.
- Analyse audit observations and develop practical recommendations.
- Prepare audit working papers, reports and management presentations.
- Interact with client finance teams, promoters and senior management.
- Support implementation and follow-up of audit recommendations.

2. Management Consulting
- Work with SME and startup promoters on business and financial problems.
- Analyse financial statements, profitability, working capital and cash flows.
- Develop MIS and management reporting systems.
- Identify cost optimisation and process improvement opportunities.
- Assist clients in developing budgets, forecasts and financial models.
- Support CFO advisory and finance transformation assignments.
