Position: Department/Discipline Head- Electrical

Work Location: Bangalore, India

Education: B.E / B. Tech

Experience: 15+ Years of Experience

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Experience leading Electrical Engineering teams of 5-20 engineers and designers.
- Capability to act as Electrical Discipline Lead for large EPC / EPCM projects.
- Client-facing experience, including technical discussions and design reviews.
- Electrical Design Basis, design calculations, and engineering deliverables.
- Load Lists, SLDs, HV/LV power distribution system design.
- Cable sizing/routing, lighting, earthing & grounding design.
- Electrical specifications, datasheets, and technical bid evaluations.
- Knowledge of IEC, IEEE, NEC, NFPA,



and relevant industry standards.
- Proficiency in ETAP/SKM, AutoCAD, and Electrical Engineering design tools.
- Experience in reviewing and approving engineering deliverables.
- Experience in project estimation, scheduling, manpower planning, and budget control.
- Exposure to GCC, European, or international projects preferred.
- Experience in Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), Site Acceptance Tests (SAT), and commissioning support.
- Solid understanding of procurement lifecycle and vendor package management.
- Engineering team leadership and mentoring.
- Resource planning and work allocation.
- Interdisciplinary coordination.
- Risk identification and mitigation.
- Client relationship management.
- Technical decision making.
- Schedule and cost management.
- Stakeholder management.
