We are seeking a results-driven Recruitment Team Lead to oversee our contract staffing operations. You will lead a high-performing team of recruiters focused on delivering top-tier talent for short-term and contract-to-hire (C2H) mandates. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses a deep understanding of staffing dynamics, and is an expert at managing delivery pipelines to meet strict client SLAs.Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership & Mentorship: Lead and develop a team of recruiters, providing daily guidance on sourcing strategies, negotiation techniques, and career development.
- Delivery Excellence: Take full ownership of end-to-end delivery for contract hiring mandates, ensuring high-quality submissions and meeting monthly closure targets.
- Pipeline Management: Personally manage high-priority or niche requirements while monitoring the team's overall recruitment funnel, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as a critical bridge between hiring managers and your team,



aligning expectations and proactively resolving delivery bottlenecks.
- Metrics & Reporting: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Time-to-Fill, Submittal-to-Interview ratios, and Offer Acceptance rates.
- Compliance Oversight: Ensure all hiring activities comply with local labor laws, data privacy standards, and client-specific onboarding protocols.

- Contract Staffing Expertise: Proven experience in contract or C2H staffing models, with an understanding of hourly rates, payroll, and project-based timelines.
