Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Assistant / Accounts Executive to support our finance and accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have 1–2 years of experience in accounting, good knowledge of basic accounting principles, and proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
- Prepare and record sales and purchase invoices.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
- Perform bank, cash, and ledger reconciliations.
- Maintain proper documentation of invoices, bills, receipts, and other financial records.
- Support preparation of monthly reports and financial statements.
- Verify expenses, bills, and supporting documents.
- Follow up on outstanding receivables and assist with payment processing.
- Coordinate with vendors, customers,



and internal teams regarding accounts-related queries.
- Assist the senior accounts team during audits and month-end/year-end closing.
- Ensure accuracy and timely completion of accounting entries.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.
- Positive understanding of basic accounting principles.
- Working knowledge of Tally / Tally Prime or other accounting software.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel.
- Knowledge of SAP/accounting software.
- Good numerical and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and organizational skills.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in Financial management.
- Knowledge of SAP/accounting software.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
